Our welcoming Reception Staff are on hand to deal with telephone enquiries and members of the public who wish to bring their watches in to us personally. For these customers, a qualified Watch Technician is always available to offer technical information and advice and the same Technician will oversee the repair of the customer's watch. |

Watches sent in by post or courier are booked in on the same day as received and logged onto our computer system. Each watch is allocated an individual repair number and a bar code for ease of tracking throughout the repair cycle. Once the watch has been assessed in our Estimating Department, an estimate is forwarded to the customer for the repair work required. |
